Jack Coughlin

Jack Coughlin is well known for his strong graphic portraits of literary figures and musicians. His prints, drawings, and watercolors have been exhibited widely across the United States and in Europe and are in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the National Collection of Arts in Washington and in many other museum, university and library collections worldwide. A member of the National Academy of Design, he has received numerous awards and prizes and his literary portraits are regularly commissioned for the “New Republic”.
